The e-mail you have received is probably a form of phishing. Phishing is a type of scam. Criminals use the internet to gain possession of the personal information of third parties via phishing. Do you not trust an e-mail? Then forward it to valse-email@icscards.nl, and delete the e-mail immediately afterwards. sometimes you can recognise fake e-mails fairly quickly. The message might not be addressed to you personally, and the use of language might leave much to be desired. However, sometimes the (usually urgent) request does look "real". For example, you might be told you have been a victim of fraud, or that your credit card will be blocked if you do not respond quickly.Do you not trust an e-mail?

You can dispute a payment by downloading the Declaration of Disputed Transaction form, filling it in and sending it to ICS. In doing so you will be lodging an objection to an unknown transaction discovered on your account statement.
