How do I activate the ICS Business App?
That's easy. Follow the steps below:- Download the app and fill in your Card and address details.
- You'll receive an email with a verification code. Enter this verification code.
- Next, you'll receive a text message with a verification code. Enter this code as well.
- Choose your 5-digit access code for the ICS Business App.

I have multiple Cards; can I see them all in the app?
Unfortunately, that's not possible. You can only add one Card to a device.I am not receiving any verification codes

Log in, go to the 'Card' menu and click on 'Activate your Card'. You will only see this option if you haven't activated your Card yet. You can also activate your Card via 'My ICS Business'. Or make a payment with your PIN.How do I approve a payment in the app?
When you make an online payment, you'll be asked to open the app to approve your payment. Go to the app and click on the top left icon on the login screen. Or log in first and then choose 'Tasks' in your overview. Approve the payment with your access code, fingerprint, or facial recognition.I don't have the app. How can I approve online payments?
If you don't have the app, we will likely ask you to enter your 3D Secure Password. This additional online verification is also known as the Mastercard ID Check or Visa Secure. After you have entered your password, you'll receive a code via text message that you have to enter.Where can I find the exclusive offers and discounts in the app?
With your ICS company Card, you have access to attractive promotions from our partners. For example, you can get cashback on your next business trip and a discount on your new smartphone or office supplies. Discover these, and many more, offers and discounts in the ICS Business App. You'll find the offers in your overview under 'Specials'. Or under 'ICS Specials' in your Card menu.How do I get a copy of my PIN?
Unfortunately, it is temporarily not possible to request a copy of your PIN via the app. We hope we can soon offer you this option once again. For now, you can request a copy of your PIN via our Business Card Service Desk. Please contact them on +31 (0)20 - 6 600 666. You will then receive a copy of your PIN through the post.How do I change the language in the app?
Open the app and click on the globe icon in the top left corner. Are you logged in? Go to 'Account' and choose 'Language (taal)'. You can change the language of the app to English or Dutch.Didn't find an answer to your question?
