How do I activate My ICS Business?

You can activate My ICS Business if you are a Cardholder or a contact person. You can activate My ICS Business here and make your selection.

Who can activate My ICS Business?

Every individual Cardholder and company contact who receives an account statement by post can activate My ICS Business.

Will I be charged for using My ICS Business?

No, My ICS Business is free to use.

Will I still receive an account statement by post if I have activated My ICS Business?

No. For environmental reasons, once you have activated My ICS Business, you will no longer receive an account statement by post. You will receive a monthly e-mail from ICS when your new account statement is available to view online. You can download and print your account statement in My ICS Business.

What should I do if I have forgotten the access code?

Request a new access code via My ICS Business.
