How can I view the balance of my business credit card(s)?

If you activate My ICS Business, you can view your account statement online and see your current information. You will then no longer receive account statements by post. If you do not use My ICS Business, you will automatically receive a monthly account statement by post.

Can I link my credit card to any bank account I like?

ICS business credit cards are what is referred to as "non-affiliated" Cards. These can be linked to any business account. You can select a different bank account at any time.

When do I have to repay the outstanding balance?

If you have chosen to make repayments yourself, you must pay off your balance within 21 days after the end of the month at the very latest. If you have opted to pay by direct debit, then the balance will be automatically charged to the account you have indicated six days after the end of the month. If the aforementioned calendar day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, month-end closing takes place on the next working day after that.

How can I cancel a transaction?

Contact the company where you carried out the transaction. Ask them to stop the transaction or refund the amount to you. Did this not work, or is the company refusing to cooperate? ICS is not able to cancel the transaction, but you can dispute the payment by downloading the Declaration of Disputed Transaction form, filling it in and sending it to ICS. In doing so you will be lodging an objection to an unknown transaction discovered on your account statement.

How can I dispute a transaction?

You can download and fill in the Declaration of Disputed Transaction form and send it to ICS. In doing so you will be lodging an objection to an unknown transaction discovered on your account statement.

Why has my transaction been refused?

Can I withdraw cash using my business credit card?

You can withdraw cash from banks and/or cash dispensers displaying a MasterCard logo.

Where do I find my Card number?

Your Card number is stated on the front of your credit card. It consists of 16 digits.

Can I choose my own PIN?

You can have a PIN of your choice.

How do I change my PIN?

It is not possible to change your PIN

What should I do if I have forgotten my PIN?
