Frequently asked questions about the change in the annual Card fee

From 1 January 2025, the annual Card contribution of the ABN AMRO Business Card en de ABN AMRO Corporate Card changes. Please find below a list of frequently asked questions about this change.

Where can I find the new fees of the ABN AMRO business credit cards?

The annual contribution of the ABN AMRO Business Card will change from €35 to €37.50. The rate for the ABN AMRO Corporate Card will increase from €43 to €45. More information on our fees and interest rates can be found at Charges and interest rates.

I recently paid my annual Card fee. Do I have to pay again in January 2025?

Your Card's annual fee is charged annually at a fixed time. This moment remains unchanged. For example, if the annual contribution for a Card was charged on 1 September 2024, the new rate will be charged on 1 September 2025. You will see the new amount of your annual contribution on your account statement.

Why is the annual Card fee changing?

We find it important for you to pay easily and safely with your card. We are there for you when you need us, and are available 24/7. Additionaly, we are working hard on preventing fraud and money laundering. In recent years, our costs have increased. To continue providing the service you have come to expect from us, we are changing our fees. This way, we ensure that your payments are and remain secure.

How can I cancel my card agreement due to the new fees?

If we change our terms and conditions or fees, you may always cancel your company's agreement free of charge before the effective date of the change. In this case, this is 1 January 2025. After that date, you agree that the new rates apply to your existing and new credit cards.

You can cancel with the form Termination of ICS Business Card(s). Only an authorized signatory within your company can cancel the agreement. If your company uses multiple credit cards, we recommend that you call us on 020 – 6 603 771 (ABN AMRO Corporate Cards) or 020 – 6 603 772 (ABN AMRO Business Cards).

You can cancel with the form Termination of ICS Business Card(s).

You can cancel at any time with 1 month's notice. If you cancel halfway through the current year, you will not receive a refund for the annual contribution paid.
