Switching products on 1 July - from Professional Card to Business Card

Applying for an ABN AMRO Professional Card has not been possible for some time. ICS and ABN AMRO have now decided to replace the Professional Card altogether. In July all customers with a Professional Card will automatically receive an ABN AMRO Business Card instead. 

The Business Card offers the same benefits and insurances and even some more. It is now possible to apply for multiple credit cards for your company. The Business Card also allows you to insure against unauthorised use of these additional credit cards by employees. All of this, at no additional cost. 

You keep the same insurances on your credit card after 1 July
With the Business Card, you will keep the Delivery Guarantee for your business expenses. In addition, your expenses are also insured against damage, loss, and theft. Read our Read our General Terms and Conditions for more details.  

Check if webshops and other companies have your new Card details
Have you received your new credit card? Make sure you check your automatic payments and subscriptions. This may also include reservations for hotels or rental cars booked in advance. If necessary, provide them with your new CVV/CVC and expiry date. This way, you can be sure that your subscriptions will continue, and your reservations are held. 

Activate your new credit card before 31 July
You can use your old credit card until you activate your new credit card. At least, until 31 July. After that, your Professional Card is no longer valid. Make sure you cut it into pieces before you throw it out to prevent misuse.
