New: View your PIN in the ICS Business app

Forgot your PIN? No worries. From now on, you no longer need to request a copyof itby post. You can easily and instantly view your PIN in the ICS Business app.

Would you prefer to receive your PIN by post? That is still possible. Via My ICS Business, you can request a copy of your PIN, just like before, and receive it by post.

How can you view your PIN?

This is how you do it:

1. Open the ICS Business app
2. Go to 'Card'
3. Choose 'View PIN'

Viewing your PIN in our app is safe. Your PIN is not stored in the app and is fullyprotected. We also follow all legal rules for data protection.

Strict security measures also apply when activating the app. For example, you needyourIDto activate it.
