New in My ICS Business: registering authorised signatories

You can now easily review and update your company's authorised signatories in My ICS Business. See which signatories are currently registered and if the information is no longer accurate, simply add or remove a signatory. Keeping your business information up to date has never been easier.

Wondering which authorised signatories your company has registered?

This is how you review your company's signatories:

1. Go to ICS Business' login page
2. Log in as 'Contact person'
3. Find authorised signatories under 'Company details'

Security is our priority

Authorised signatories can manage many things on behalf of your company. Such as increasing your company limit and applying for Extra Cards. Therefore, we made sure that registering a new authorised signatory is done securely. That means confirmation from an authorised signatory registered with the Chamber of Commerce and ICS is always needed. And all new authorised signatories must verify their identity before their registration is completed.
