We prioritise your privacy, which is why we regularly revise our privacy statement to keep you informed on how we manage your personal data. For instance, we use this information to verify your identity when you contact us.

Recently, we made changes to our privacy statement in the following areas:

• Virtual Assistant
  Starting January 2025, over the phone you might be helped by our virtual assistant. This assistant will use your personal data to provide assistance, just as a human representative would during a call.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  We are always improving our services and products by using new technology, including AI.
• Tax Regulations
  We have a legal obligation to share data with other entities, such as the Dutch Tax Authority. Our privacy policy now offers a more detailed explanation of the legislation requiring this.
