Good to know

• These requirements must be met by the applicant
  • Your company is registered in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce
  • Your company has a permanent address in the Netherlands
  • You are eighteen years of age or older
  • No legal proceedings are pending against you or your company for non-payment
  • You do not have a negative registration with the Bureau Krediet Registratie (BKR) in Tiel. This requirement applies to all natural persons
  • You must submit annual figures from the last 2 financial years (last financial year and the year before that) or
  • You must have filed annual figures for the last 2 financial years (last financial year and the year before that) with the Chamber of Commerce*

  * In addition, cash withdrawals, gambling transactions and purchasing jewellery is not possible. To increase your spending limit, you can deposit money into your account via iDEAL.
• This is how the application process works
  • Fill in, download, print and sign the application form online
  • Log in and send us your signed application form and other documents. Which documents we need depends on your company's legal form.
  • Identification: the authorised signatories will receive an email asking to identify themselves.
  • Application assessment (this will start when we have received all the necessary information and when your identification has been completed).
• ICS handles your personal data with care
  During your application you will be using a secure connection. If this connection is open for 60 minutes without you adding or changing any data, we will close the session for security reasons.
